you have to create your own type of currency based on location ranging from anything that can use a custom type of currency. You must find a story to base the currency off and create 3 individual forms of currency (front, back).

I was aiming for adults typically but not subjected to ranging from 30s to 60s. My focal point was old school classic cartoon shows, as each form of currency implemented the personality of the shows

I had to do a lot of background research, especially with making currency I wanted it to seem authentic and true to the story line, so if you were to look in. The Popeye currency I’ve created, the male figure is the actual man Popeye was based off.

After finalizing the topic, I will base the project off, I took out my notebook and wrote down any important general facts about the characters chosen and I figured out ways to implement it in the currency design as well as attempting to execute the main characters personalities as well by implementing various forms of colors to fit the aesthetic.

The project required that we have a specified story for all three currencies and execute a front and back. Not only did I meet those requirements as my subject was old-school cartoons, but I tried going the extra mile and making the third currency choice in the form of a coin
